There used to be strings of lightbulbs along the river Thames in London. These bulbs were tended by two men.  One of these men was going blind and long life bulbs had just been invented. Things weren't looking good but they did have their dreams.

Vegas Shift is an artifact from the pre-digital era that to all intents was a hand made film. It showed at many festivals and Channel Four picked it up. Apologies to a few people who were cut off the credits at the end - something to do with the transfer to video.
